Following our recent issuances of $1.0 billion of senior notes on April 13, 2020 and $1.5 billion of senior notes on May 4, 2020, on May 6, 2020, we terminated our $2.5 billion senior unsecured 364-day revolving credit facility, dated March 6, 2020, by and among Mondelēz International, Inc., the lenders named therein and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, subject to survival of any provisions which by their terms survive the termination.
