(Nasdaq: MDLZ) on July 16, 2026 delegating such authority to the Audit Committee, the Audit Committee approved and declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.52 per share on the common stock of the Company payable on October 14, 2026 to holders of common stock of record on September 30, 2026.
