<ul><li>Net revenues decreased 1.6%; Organic Net Revenue(1) grew 2.7%, including a +5.8ppimpact from pricing</li><li>Operating Income margin was 10.2%; Adjusted Operating Income(1) margin expanded 140 basis points to 13.6%</li><li>Diluted EPS was $0.53; Adjusted EPS(1) was $0.50, up 32.5% on a constant-currency basis</li><li>Company raises full year 2014 guidance for Adjusted EPS to $1.82 - $1.87 on a constant-currency basis and Adjusted Operating Income margin to approximately 13%</li></ul>
